I took a short trip over the holidays to see an old army buddy and artifact hunter friend of mine in Noel Missouri. We found some broke stuff but this was the best of it all, I just hope he will let me come back. I'm calling it a Nebo Hill it's 5 5/8in long and 1 3/4in wide at the widest part, the stone type I'm not sure of my buddy called it Elk river flint, which makes sense , because I found it in a wash just off of the Elk river. I'm going to have to do some more checking on that stone type, my buddy don't know squat about rock types, anybody got any idea's.If you hold it just right to the light it almost has a sparkle to the stone.View attachment 918445Sorry no instu pics , the wife got me a new camera and she would not let me take in the mud till I buy a case.
