MY Shoulder Hurt !!

HI, All Question Dose anyone Have A BAD SHOULDER ? As I An right Handed , I can not use my left hand,with my Detector What to Do ? . can i get something to help me with my detector. Thanks Sanddigger

i know they make chest harnest for certain metal detectors maybe for all not sure but ive heard those help out alot on the arms and backs

Thats why I quit playing contact sports & took this 1 up....lol.....We still get injuries!

I've had shoulder problems for a couple of decades and have had to have one of my shoulders rebuilt (neer capasular shift) as it kept dislocating.

I've managed to avoid surgery on the other shoulder and reduced problems & pain with one simple exercise: Arm Circles

Simple, easy and extremely helpful with shoulder pain as it strengthens the thin shroud of muscles that hold your shoulder together. If you use weights, never use more than a pound or two or you'll just be working the larger muscles & not the shroud

Do these as much as you can (they are a perfect excuse for watching tv, but you can do them just about anywhere) and don't push too far beyond the burn if you are already having problems with your shoulder.

I suffer from right shoulder pain too ..Ive had almost Zero detecting this year as it flares up & is way TOO painful.. rest & healing are more important ..This really stinks...I made a harness & it takes a lot of stress off the shoulder especially w a bigger coil..
