My very first IH Penny

Very happy to have this one. Ive been detecting for nearly 3 yrs here in WA with my oldest penny being a 1910. This one was found on post in an open field and rang up a solid 11-35/36 . I'm hopeful this was not a fluke, but an opportunity to find other oldies. The soil was quit rocky and it was at 4 inches.

I found my first one last year and it was only 2 inches down!!!

congrats i found my first ih a week ago then found another the next day in a load of fill that was brought to my house from my neighbor which was barely a pickup truck load. So i asked him to see if his mom would allow me to go detect her house. Hopefully will be able to go this weekend would be great to find something else cool in her yard.
