Went on a business trip late in the week to "the land of the mouse," and had enough advanced notice to order boxes to pick up. Ordered 10 between two banks. The results were a bit better on the out of town banks, netting a silver/box average and a nice amount of 90%. Out of town boxes are listed by carrier.
