Native american pipe?

Did scratch test and it looks to be white clay. Was found in a creek in cayuga county NY. Deff appears to be a pipe and my thoughts were native american.

My buddy did once he got home ( he was the one who found it) and those were the only pics he sent me. I don't think he has used it since I told him not to do anything to it. You are right though it isn't tobacco, its "medicine". I can't blame him though I did the same thing when I found whole kaolin pipe last year
