My computer has been down for several weeks, but I got it back this week and I am now able to post my last couple of hunts. The Civil War relics were from my relic hunt in mid April and the coins and naval sword buckle were from May 2, 2013. Our little group of relic hunters (Mid-Atlantic Relic & Coin Hunters) got out to a new spot in Eastern VA that had to real historical event tied to it, but after finding this buckle something happened there! We scored the fields all around this pot before we left. Hopefully we can get one or two more hunts in there before the fields get planted. The rains and sloppy ground conditions have kept the farmers backed up so far which is good news for us. Enjoy the pics!

Thank you for the I.D. I have found some pictures that were close but no solid match on the date. There was one pattern from 1830 and the Civil War era that were very close but had subtle differences. Thanks again!
