Always liked that Royal Navy Packet service, and unless I also pop on at the King's site it's one I'm quite sure I'll never find.

Just when it seemed like digging was getting close the snow blows in.

These Ain't pretty, but,
They ARE early issue USN ca 1800, they were found together,
along with an 1820 Maine state militia button, these USNs measure 25 mm
The backs are even more corroded, possibly a ring of stars there.
Design matches Alberts NA37, which is listed as 24mm:icon_scratch:
