still researching but it could have been one of his sons. the one son was gav. for mtwo terms in delaware, so it is possible

we did find out that the property that i found the cross at belonged to a major henson in the 1690,s,and col. haslet baught 18 acers from him in the early 1700.s. still getting more details i will keep every one informed. thanks again

masonic cross is still a mystery. about two weeks ago took it to my brothers and he had a gentalman there from the masons. fellow took about 20 pics. and said he knows a top leader in the masons in virginia. said he may be able to find out somthing there. will let everyone know what happens. maybe they could at least date it. thanks again for all the in put.

Sorry every one its been quite a while . I had open heart surgery after surgery my lungs failed and i went into coma. Then. On resperator for 2weeks . Intensive caro 37 days. Had to learn how to walk all over again. Other than that i have been good. Just letting everyone know i will be working on this again . Did find out for sure that the property i found the cross and ring and , other items on was long field which was john haslets property. I will try to take new pics of most items found on property then get to resurching all over again.
