Need help in translation.

I have tried everything I could to translate this sterling bowl. I'm thinking it's from the Meiji era. 14 inch by 8 inch. Has been tested and comes back sterling. I just cannot translate symbols. Any help would be amazing. Thanks. I have no idea the correct orientation of the symbols.
