need help on 2 things

i found this today , its heavy, looks like it has attachments on the back . it is stamped from the back.

the 2 one is a token benny found, the names are Tom & John & Joe printed on it .

The token i can ID I have one.I made it myself , there used to be machines you could put 25c in and have whatever you like stamped on the blank "token" , usually has a 4 leaf clover and or horseshoe , a good luck thing.

The Military item looks like a cap badge.

Looks like an US Army enlisted service cap badge, but it's too plain, will have to look and see if it's an old one/style.
