Need help to identify this type of agate

A friend of mine found this at a garage sale. I have never seen an agate of this color blue. Does anyone know anything about this blue stone?

It's probably from Brazil, and based on the outer cortex/rind, it's been dyed to get to that blue color.

Here is a picture for reference. This is a single slice of agate that has been treated for colors.
