Need Help with Bottle ID

The wife found this a couple weekends ago on our weekly kayak trip. I'm reasonably sure it's a liquor bottle made between 1935-1967 due to the warning about refilling the bottle. Other than that I don't have a clue. Any help would be appreciated.
