need help with button

found this today while diving.It appears to have a crown with some other objects under it.It also seem to have a date on it,possibly 1700's.Does anyone have any ideas?

Thats one of those old cast buttons made in the image of a dated Spanish Pillar Dollar. Might be from a cuff link. Where did you find it?
