I bought a group of old mostly German coins and notes mainly pre 1918. This was in the lot. I can't seem to figure out what it is exactly in any reference books or sites. I'm thinking its more of a medal than a coin. Sweden is the only country mentioned on it, would it be from there? No date or anything else I could find. The inscriptions read "Gustav Adolf Konig von Schweden" and on the reverse "Zur Erinnerung an die Confirmation Magistrat Lutzen". I'm fairly confident it is silver, probably higher purity, and it measures about 33-34 mm diameter. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That's very similar. I just noticed on the edge its stamped with German hallmarks. I think the 0.990 is the silver purity. I was thinking maybe its a 250th anniversary medal, that would date it 1882. Except the silver hallmark now makes it post 1886.
