Need Help With Vintage Bone/Ivory Elephant Pendant

Picked up this vintage bone/ivory elephant pendant last Saturday. Would like to list it on eBay but don't want to get busted for selling ivory. Can anyone tell from these pictures? The gold pieces test as 14K.

Or a lack thereof. I listed a bone elephant compass charm and forgot to mention the type of bone and it got pulled.

"Antique" (but not really for technically the term only applies to items over 100 years of age)... SO... vintage ivory.
