That is a nice piece. It's a different form then anything I've seen. It reminds me of a barber bottle.

What are the dimensions of this slip glazed stoneware bottle?
 

The bottle is approximately 6 in tall and approximately 4 in width and no markings
 

Jim, cant be many places this is made. Anyone know where they might be made? We found stuff from all over so it could be from back east.
 

It looks foreign to me, not American made...
 

I would suggest that this bottle is most likely part of a Japanese Sake set.

A set typically consists of single ceramic bottle of this form, and four small ceramic cups.

Sake (a Japanese rice wine) is served by warming it in a vessel such as this, and then pouring it into pre-warmed cups.

Look up Sake set on google.
