? ? HAD MY GARRETT GTAX 750 FOR 10 MONTHS . ? Can someone tell me if it would be worthwhile to get a larger coil than the stock coil that came with machine . ?This is the only detector i have ever owned . Really enjoy it . ? ?Most of what i have learned has come from this site . ? ? Great bunch of folks !!!!!!!!!! ?

? ? ?First off I have no experience whatsoever with Garrett metal detectors. But generally speaking a larger coil will give you better depth. Will cover more ground quicker. ? Will not work as well in trashy areas. Will not be as sensitive to small targets.
