Need some help to make a sifter

I am planing on going to the Spectrum Sunstone mine in Oregon this summer.. but for that i need a good sifter..

Does anyone have a good picture of a homemade one in wood maybe with plans on how to make it.. preferred size 2x2 feet or 2x3 feet.
