Need some help with an antique...

My grandmother gave me this recently along with some other antiques. She said it was used for measuring acholic drinks. I believe its aluminum. It has a wine opener and bottle opener on the bottom and says "bar boy" on the side. Will have pics soon. Any idea on age and value?

Pretty sure it's mid 50's early 60's. Ive seen them before. Would not think it had a whole lot of value.
