Erikk, LOL what you call rough is fairly normal on this side of the state..........

It is suppose to be 6-12 inch surf till late Sat night in the Daytona area then it starts to pick up to 3-5 foot for Sun-Mon.

I am going hunting tomorrow while the surf is down, see if I can snag something nice again.


I agree with Sandman, eye candy is always nice to to enhance a video.......

I'd like to see basic necessities such as tuning the machine for wet sand (not IN the water) up to the water line; I'd like to see proper digging or scooping techniques in which the sand that has been removed is put back in the hole and stomped with the feet so that those no paying attention to where they're stepping won't trip because of an open hole; I'd like to see what the detectorist does when he/she encounters broken glass or cans or whatever dangerous object is encountered; possibly show difference between hand-held sand scoop and the long-handled ones. Whether on dry sand or wet sand. Thanks.
