Not exactly what you need to know but it would be pre-1990 as Fort Ord was closed down as a Base then and now has a community college and is being converted to a new small city.

Just thought there might be a time period these were made. I found ft Ord was started in 1917 and was shut down in early 90s but found nothing on this coin/medal. Was hoping it was issued during one of the wars so i could date it. Thanks for looking
