NEED TO ID A KNIFE

I found some stuff I had stashed away, I was 15 with my Dad remodeling
a restaurant and a knife fell out of the wall. Then I did not think of find anything
out about it, but I have been looking for a year now and still nothing. The knife
is white and in bold red letters it says, Washington State Apples on it. There is
no name on the blade of who made it. The knife is about 4 to 5 inches long folded
and 8 to 10 inches unfolded. I have checked to see if there is company by that name
an didn't find one, I also have checked with a few knife makers an they can't tell me
anything. I have found no pics of it on the internet to. Maybe I will never know, but
if any one might have some info. I could use all the help I can get.

Right name but not the right knife the blade is only 1/2" wide

sounds like a fruit and vegetable inspectors knife they were long and skinny, probably a hand out knife from the association, as the growers use a similar knife. Bob .I used to be an inspector
