Need value on Flow Blue Platter

Asking the experts. Lady friend has this platter she would like to sell. Have no idea what the value may be. I found the following info about the platter.
Flow Blue Platter, ARGYLE, WH Grindley & Co.
Tunstall, Stratfordshire England.
Size is 17 1/8 x 12. No chips or dings. Just a few scratches in the center of platter, probably from being used and carved upon.

There is gold in the design. In design completely around the platter.

If larger as stated most likely in the $250.00&up price range(could be as high as$400.00 to the right nut,i mean person!)...PBK,Your on top of it all!!! your the man PBK!
