need ya'lls help.

Found a silver colored tennis bracelet with diamond looking stones all around it The only markings on it is 18k with a symbol of a pyrimid beside it. Also on the clasp is a number 3. Quite solid and heavy. Beautiful "silver colored" bracelet. Will post pictures later, just a quick shout out for some help. Would it be worth taking it to be checked out or does anyone know it is just pretty junk?
