All, is this a needle valve stem? If so, what is it to? If not, what is it?

Cool find.. It's from an early carburetor. Probably hit & miss etc. They were made in many different styles. I have a lot of them!

Model T Ford fuel adjusting screw. A forked rod was put into the 2 holes so the fuel mix could be adjusted from inside the vehicle.
