Hunted my neighbor's yard dating to the 1920's for the second time after they cleared the plants off the lot. The first time I used my white's spectrum, this time I used my Minelab Sovereign. My sovereign caught everything my spectrum missed (at least enough for me to think about just buying a smaller coil for the sovereign and selling the whites), Here's my finds for the second time. It was also the second time I found a Hyvis Oil Token in one yard. I have found three of these total and two came from this yard. In our club, I have never seen another person find one of these and I have found three so far. I find that really strange.
I got a really weak signal near the front door and had to dig to about 6" in hard clay before it was not in the hole anymore. I scanned the pile and found a really nice filligree women's 10 Kt gold ring. The owner of the property told me I found it, so I could keep it. I was loving it! Here's my finds.

Here's the ring I found in the yard, a really nice agate marble, plus a really cool turtle ring I found at the beach this month. All of the appendages move.

Not sure, but both are junk. The roman looking one is striped on the back and has a coating recognizable from the 50's, 60's or 70's. The other one looked more like a chinese coin until I bust it a little bit while trying to clean out the holes, but then when it was busted you could see the base metal inside (chinese metal, so it must be a chinese coin!) and I knew it was a piece of junk also. Probably kids toy coins from the 20's to the 50"s or 60's? 8)

What is the Turtle ring made of? Silver?

Yes, the turtle is silver, the token is from the 1920's I think. 8)

Well they all looked very good congrats to you and keep on digging and finding more. I love those HyVis Oil type tokens.

I found a HVIS oil token at a vacant lot where an old garage use to be. Maybe I should go back and look some more? I guess HVIS gave these out to dealers to give to their customers? JIM
