New 1st post - need ID help

Hey everyone, my mom is from the keys and grew up with a lot of the salvors down there. We recently bought a small collection and have id'd most but I have one here I need help with. I have searched around and this cob just doesn't jive with what I have read so I'm looking for help. It's a shield cob, potosi but any information you can give me would help. Thanks in advance!
