I really, really, REALLY hate moving. It's amazing how much crap one can accumulate over time.

It takes a couple moves to pare down to whats important, lol

Congrats on the new place!

If I was moving to a place where the plan was to build a
giant, 40' x 60' gold processing mancave, the effort would
be well worth any moving discomfort along the way. :occasion14:

It may not be a 40'x60', but the survey crew will laying out a 32'x52' when they come to verify the property lines next week. You and many other are welcome anytime you want to come and what you find is yours.

Congrats on the new digs:icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:

Thank you, brother.

Moved the weapons today. 241 rifles pistols and shotguns. Collecting C&R can be a pain at times, but it is interesting preserving history. Got MANY MINT pieces of history. Try finding and reloading a brass shotgun shell sometime. Yes I still shoot them once in a while.

Saturday the garage gets moved. NOT looking forward to that one.

Hey MM, my late uncle had a LARGE room built just for his weapons collection. it was a super nice room for this collection. it even had humidity controll for it and alarms. yep, it WAS a big extensive collection untill the entire thig was stolen. they had to have a large truck to do this but they did and got away with it by bypassing the alarm. i hope you have a good one and a little something else to prevent some thief from getting yours!

GOT MINERAL RIGHTS ON YOUR RECORDED DEED??? Otherwise nope-John

The property came with full water and minerals rights. Wouldn't buy any piece of property out here without those.

I seen too many houses lost to subsidence back in PA, not gonna happen to my place.
