Hi guys! My name is Ali, I’m currently a Content Editor for Kellyco’s website and newsletter. I’ve worked here for about a year, but just picked up my first metal detector at the end of August, and now I’m totally hooked!!
So far I’ve got a bunch of clad and pulltabs, nothing noteworthy. BUT I’m super optimistic!! Working at Kellyco is awesome because I get to check out all different kinds of detectors and give ‘em a try. So far I really like the ACE 250 and the Excalibur 800, and while I’ve made plenty of holes around the house, I much prefer to dig the soft sand of central Florida beaches!
I heard of TreasureNet.com quite some time ago, and I’m pretty active on another metal detecting forum. Honestly, this forum seems so huge, it’s a little intimidating! But the stories of finds were just TOO good to pass up, so here I am!!
Feel free to associate me with Kellyco, because I am a happy employee and more than willing to help with any problems!! I don’t have anything to do with sales or shipping, but I’ll be more than happy to help channel stuff to the right people and make sure issues get taken care of. Many of you are already familiar with Margaret, so you probably won’t even need me, but I’m here to help if need be!!
Anyway, I’m glad to be around, and I look forward to making friends and becoming super active around here – hopefully I’ll get some good weather and be able to hit the beaches on the weekends – I’m SO glad it’s supposed to cool down! Nice to meet you all, and see you around!!
