You can't, you just don't log in. Deleting account causes holes in threads by removing all posts with account.

It was broken, had many issues.

Unfortunately, the old software was super broken and had security issues since it was no longer a supported software. We put it off as long as we could, but we didn't want to jeopardize the communities security or risk losing everything that this site has become today.

You can bitch, moan, whine and cry... but it doesn't alter the fact that the change is in progress. I don't like changes either, but I'll ride them out and see what the end result is. I like this forum too much to give it up until I give it a chance! And, Yes, even at the age of 75, I can still learn new things! It make take me a bit longer to catch on, but this site is valuable enough to me that I will hang on to see what the end results are.

4291 x 4459 pixel at 950 resolution... impressed with how quickly it uploaded. Low resolution 72 images are top heavy and can be much more MBs of file weight, with larger photos. It would be smart to use 300 resolution (or better) on the forum.

I don't like change in general, but this new site has grown on me. I never really mastered using the old one. This one is definitely an upgrade, and thank you to all who put in the time to make it happen.
