I put together this frame yesterday. I wanted to seperate some of my best Moline Chert pieces out from the rest of the pieces. I've pictured a lot these individually from time to time but this is the first time I've gotten them together in this frame. The longest is 5 3/4" long and all are from either Illinois or Iowa.

Great frame Hippy. Im hoping to do some digging on my parents farm next week outside of grandview. My father said there used to be pottery pieces out there about ten years ago when he used to plant corn.

Great looking frame there Hippy.
Can't wait to hunt Bohannon.
Nothing done to the fields yet.

Very nice and even better all together

Nice frame Hippy!

Thanks for the responses everyone.

Lincha, There is an artifact show in Durant, IA on Sunday April 11th at the community center. If you get some time feel free to stop by. The show hours are from 7 a.m. 'til about 1 pm or so. The best time to get there is around 9 or 10 a.m.

Jonzer, I've been thinking about coming down your way on Saturday. A friend of mine is going to check out a field or two to see if anything is done. I'll shoot you an email.
