Hey all. Just got started... already addicted and am humble enough to know I have a ton to learn.

One of the best things you can do right off is tell us where you are from, and if detecting - the hardware you're using.

Then you'll get some tips

And, welcome to TreasureNet!

Welcome Aboard Wayne! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

Hey, you're near beautiful water. It would be a shame if you didn't get into water and beach hunting! Keep your eyes open. A suggestion for your experience on TreasureNet is the For Sale/Trade forum. I've purchased a bunch of used stuff from the good members here. You'd have to be a Charter Member to sell anything, but can buy all day long.

As you explore you'll make new friends, and you'll see things you'll never see anywhere else. TreasureNet really is a family.
