Hit the beautiful sandy beaches of the emerald coast of Florida for my first hunt this morning. Can't complain after 45 mins I did my part in cleaning up the beaches of about 25-30 pop tops and other trash. Did find a nice gold chain and butter knife. Who the heck takes a butter knife to the beach lol!

Hello and welcome to the forum Denise...

Gold chain ya say, eh? And found on the beach, huh? Sounds like the one I lost, next to my collection of butter knives. Hmmmm... Can you describe it? :dontknow: Welcome to tnet, lol.

Welcome to TN Denise.

If you spread butter on your gold necklace it keeps the clasp from sticking.

By the way, the west side of Florida has been hunted out. Nothing left over here. Good luck on the east coast, and don't forget to post pic's of the butter knife!

Welcome to Tnet!
