Bound to be a few! There's a book by Scott Stepanski and Karenne Snow called Gem Trails of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
If your local library doesn't have a copy, they can probably get it for you via interlibrary loan— or if you'd like to have a copy of your own, you can order it from:

BTW, there's also a book titled Gems of New Jersey. Forget about it. Despite the title, it's not about gems and minerals.
