Spent 3 hours dodging heavy showers, as per normal this summer. After yesterday, I thought we would do quite well today but it was pretty average:

2 Scrappy Roman Coins
Enfield 57cal Bullet
1 Medieval Buckle
Another 12th Royal Lancers Button
Our oldest Military button (from this field) - Victorian Rifle Brigade8-)

I am green with envy: none of my fields are cut yet. won't be long though. Hutch.

So, what do you do with all the pre-decimal cu-ni you find? Can you exchange it at a bank for the equivalent in decimal money anymore?

Nope, about 1971 was the last year to exchange.

Started cutting wheat yesterday here. :hello2: And they are fast!

Good news, most of our best best sites are Wheat, but the stubble is a B****
