New place to hunt will post pics tonight- UPDATED-

Well i have stumbled across another old house, my guess is it was built around mid to late 1800's early 1900's because of the way that it is put together,several old barns are still standing on the property, the landowner told me i could have whatever I found so upon just looking at the old house,not actually mding till a little later today I found a box of old pepsi bottles in the original wooden delivery box as well as coke bottles in there original tin box any ideas what they are worth if anything

There are some old antiques in the barns like one of those plows that they used to pull behind the mules like you see on western movies, i belive that there might some nice stuff around this place, will take pics of the house and surrounding area and post tonight

I have several places to hunt if anyone would be intrested in taging along, my time isnt the greatest in the world but i usally have evenings and weekends off please PM me or post here if youd like.

Ok went to the site today that I had found earlier this week and found a couple of things some instresting and a bunch of junk iron pieces, turned out to be a pretty good day this is what we got: most about 4-5" under
looks like an old radio knob,a window lock,old nail,jumpin jack mabye?,skeleton key,old screwdriver,they look like hole puchers

, and whatca-ma-callits??, The pics are the pics of the house that we hunted today and the last to are a house that i am trying to get permission from the house was originally blackbeards sisters house and became general grimes of the confederate army cant wait for that hunt

Stunning, I don't think finding the bottles is included in the man saying you can keep what you find. I think he was referring to just digs. Those bottles I don't know how much they are worth but I do know they are worth something. Nice site, can't wait to see the good coin digs.

now that is one neat site...it will keep you busy for months... and blackbeards sister...humm what a good place to hide his loot huh? is there a paper trail to prove it was his sisters house..man I would go thru that place like you wouldnt believe... holey moley that is the permission to die for... please keep us posted.... totally neat and boy are you super lucky.

Nice site. I have probably seen that site 100's of times traveling that area. Just never tried to hunt anything out that way. If you want someone to help you out just let me know. Be glad to hunt with you.

There is no solid proof but there is say so just yahoo or google search blackbeard+grimesland plantation and let me know what you find, it is said that blackbeard would dock his ship on the tar river and walk up to the house to hide from rebels that might be close by? who knows? I do know that the person that bought the house mr.collins found several old documents from what appeard to be some of blackbeards he put on a 8 million dollar dig on the farm just to find his treasure, and guess what they found no blackbeard treasure but did find alot of civil items.
