After selling most of my gear 6 years ago and taking a break from detecting I recently decided to get back into the hobby.

One thing I have never been happy with was my old pouch/belt setup. It often got in way when couching etc.

I ordered this utility drop leg off of ebay and attached my digger, probe, goodie bag and cell phone holder.

I really like it. Only change I plan on making is switching the position the goodie pouch the cell phone pouch.

Great set up! I always like the drop leg style gear . Where did you get the sheath for the digger ?

I picked it up at local gun show for 7-8 bucks.

That's a pretty neat outfit! I do leatherworking (custom build concealed carry holsters) but have never gotten around to making myself a carry rig for my Lesche and Garrett pinpointer. You have motivated me!

That is awesome!!! I want one too! I'm getting on eBay.

Yes, they are nice. You can move, remove or add pouches as needed and it won't get in the way when bending over.

That's a very nice setup. I liked it so much that I ordered one today. I just could not find a pouch that was to my liking. This one did it.
Thanks Toothpick for sharing your setup.

Glad to hear that David.

I find it much more convenient to have it on the leg. Also, being modular you can customize it to your needs

It has molle loops on drop leg....like tight belt loops that you can attach to.
