White's V3I , Minelab CTX 3030 , Cibola, Deus, ATPro, GPX 5000. 4800, 4500, & 3500.
Primary Interest:
Relic Hunting
I was able to pullout a few more relics today. I've covered the whole 3 acres. All that's left is the yard and under the wire fence. I'll wait for a good rain before I do the yard so the targets are easier to ID and the digging is easier so the plugs stay together. My V3I should handle the wire fence with no problem.

it is period to the best of my knowledge I have a hand full and they came from camp sites and maybe one or two from a hut if I recall.

That's pretty cool, and they were black like this?

That 3 acres has been pretty good to me so far. I don't think it was a virgin spot as was suggested by 1 of the neighbors who secured it for me because I gave him a $50 gift card to his wife's favorite restaurant. If it was virgin I think I would of got some brass. As a rainy day activity I cleaned up the iron relics.
