I live in Jacksonville, on the southside. Just got my new detector this past month. Fisher F2. Still learning and haven't even left the front and back yard of my house. Kind of interested in the beaches, but not sure if the F2 will perform very well in that enviroment. Although, I sure am getting tired of digging around roots and such. I've got the little pinpointer that came with it for free...not fantastic, but better than nothing. Maybe we can get together sometime...

I hunted it hard a while back (while at Mayo) and I found one tungsten, hardly any clad, and very, very, little garbage... Almost too clean..
