Quick and easy and the kids love to help!

Let two packages of cream cheese warm to room temp.

In large bowl, put creamcheese, lots of garlic, a pinch of horseradish, cracked pepper, minced onion and wet it down with tobasco sauce.....mix well....add more ingredients to your liking...but it needs lots of garlic.

Buy thin sliced pastrami, beef or ham and lay each piece out ,spread creamcheese mix over each slice of meat....
Quarter dill pickles or use baby dills and half them...(Lengthwise) Place these on one end of the meat and roll up. Cut each roll up in half
Yum Yum Yum .........You need to let the mixture set at least an hour before eating in order to let the flavor seep through....Did I say Yum?

ounds similar to "Lahvash" pinwheels
Using flour Tortilla shells, spread creamed cheese on half of flat tortilla, add sliced deli meat(ham, roast beef, turkey, etc.),add sliced cheese(american, cheddar,Colby),add lettuce and roasted red pepper. Roll up and cut 1 1/2 inches wide to make pinwheels.
To roast pepper, cut red pepper in strips and roast in pan in oven for about four minutes on broil.
This is a Jewish kosher food. It is a quick and delicious finger food.
