Newbie Finds First Silver!!!!

[SouthJerseyRyan]

I've been hunting with my crappy Radio Shack Bounty Hunter for awhile now, and all I've found to this point was non-silver change. Today I happened to be hunting an abandoned auto body shop from the 60's and right out in front of the main entrance, I found my first ever silver coin. It is a 1942 Mercury Dime! Hooray!

Gret Merc! My favorite coin! The merc is the most common silver you will find. Thats OK by me as I also think its the most beautiful coin ever minted. I am reposting my mercs from last year as an incentive for you. GO OUT AND FIND MORE MERCS! They are everywhere, regardless of what everyone says!

Wow. That is quite a lot of silver. I think my favorite coin might be the Walking Liberty ones. I think they are very interesting.

I must just be odd. I find more barber's than merc's. And all dimes.
