NIFC Half dollars

Hello, I am new to this website and am seeking opinions and answers about NIFC half dollars 8)

Are NIFC half dollars worth keeping?
I have a $40 in half dollars 2002-2010(p/d) from circulation(in very good shape) and thinking about dumping.
Any tougher dates that I should keep?
Any errors I should look for on the NIFC's?

I wouldn't dump them, sell them on ebay. I can usually profit at least a dollar per coin. I know it's not much, but it adds to the bankroll for hunting
