Yes they are Earle,along with Blue Back Herring...and the Strippers right behind them.

That's a nice one. I don't think the strippers come upstream far enough for me to get them at the Turners Falls Dam. Plenty of shad though.

I believe they only go as far as the Holyoke Dam.

I've seen them pulled out 50lb.+. at the Enfield Dam(what's left of it).

I like that silhouette look! There are people back home that do ok I guess guiding for stripers.
