Wow. You hit it out of the park with that button. Congrats. And the ring looks old but I don't have any other info on it.

1830-40 Navy Button. I have two found in different locations. Beautiful sunburst button buddy. You can sleep when you give up the ghost! Keep raking in the treasure mate!

The ring has 3 snakes (heads) on it. No idea of what it means but I think early 1900s.

just a few flats another navy button but its toated. I got robbed on 2 confederate buttons today. The faces were knocked off. I will be back at it tomorrow.
