So I picked up an old hunting buddy on a trip back to Missouri. I had planned on Us zipping over to the CW field I've had so much luck in. When We drove by coming in the grass looked low enough to hunt. When We finally got out to detect the grass and weeds were more like knee high and pretty thick. We tried swinging through it for an hour and so I was like, let's jet a find a house door knocking. Off to Cassville for a quick try. Got turned down at a couple promising spots and then landed a 30's home that was small, but had a huge back yard. He started on the side and I hit the little front. I found an old truck and trailer off the rip. Gary hollers over, and he scored a holed 1947 Silver Rosie. Odd, but Silver I found a couple wheats and some odds and ends. I thought I had an Indian an dug up a CW bullet hitting a solid 18!! That made My day!! He found a few wheats also, and that was it. We were hoping for more, but it was a good hunt, plus CW lead in a residential yard, on a good day to be out. Happy Hunting!!!!!
The Wheats are -1958D & 1951D
