I found this... It looks to be worked and used. It has a fine yellowish patina. There is some newer chips were patina is not present. about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long. The tip seems to have been ground smooth on both sides and has the yellowish patina. It fits nicely in my first three fingers and thumb.. Any more questions or help ID'ing would be awesome. Hope the pics look OK?

Without other known artifacts found in context with it, dating would be difficult. What you probably have is a very common uniface scraper, and they were used through all ages.

Thats allot of pictures! Welcome to the site and thank you for posting. I can see some flakes removed. Looks almost like a drill or a Bladet type of tool. Is there any sharp edges on it?

I was trying to see how many pictures I could post on my first... :o) here is another picture down the object. the right hand side is the "blade side" you can see the ground edges at the top right. It does have that one "sharp side" that I could see being used as a scraper.. maybe a blade?

Yeah its a nice example of a tool. Maybe used for both.

That is the "top" opposite the "blade side". It looks to be worked. Both "top" and "left side" seem to be worked length-wise (Maybe fluting?) The "right side" is pretty much smooth..

Looks like a spalled piece that my have been used as a knife.

I find those type of tools at times where I hunt. I like them and find them interesting. I keep them in a frame.
