A couple of exciting finds today as it drizzled on me.
1909 IHP. Key date but not an s.
Then I found this button. I hope it is real.
Es Devs Spes Nostra 1812 Hessian Soldier button. About the size of a silver dollar.
The back has since crumbled away but great detail on the front.
How do I know if it is real? Other 1800s stuff have been found in this field.
Silver Plated Spoon that apparently the owner had a pretty viscous bite.
And this mystery item. Any ideas?
Spoils for the day.
