8 boxes so far, 62 40%ers, 4 90%ers... then I go out today and score 22 90%ers (Solid roll of Franklins!) and 2 40%ers. 6 more boxes to grab tomorrow... and I thought November would start off slow thanks to more than half of my banks not getting their orders due to the storm.

I think I'll just keep updating this thread with my finds for the month, since only posting when you hit it big makes you a liar in the eyes of certain individuals.

That's an excellent way to start the month. Hope your on your way to your personal best. Congrats.

Not bad at all. Congrats. Whats you keeper per box average?

Great way to start the month. I'm guessing the solid roll was a CWR and not in one of the boxes, how many other rolls did you pickup when you got it. I've never gotten a solid roll yet but did get 4 rolls last year with 16-17 40%'s in each one which was fun. Hope your luck holds for the month and through the Holidays.

Its been ridiculous lately, there was a lull last week but its back over 4 per box over the past month. Mostly 40%ers but I am cool with that haha.

Yep three rolls today gave up all that. Also grabbed one of the 40%ers from a tray. I actually recorded the unwrapping cause I spotted an ender.

I will be in PA this Thursday Monroeville in fact, perhaps I will call ahead for 20 boxes and try my luck in PA. Seems to be the above average location in the country for Solid Rolls.

I've never found a solid roll in a box, but good luck. PS, Monroeville is out near Pittsburgh, IIRC, I'm much, much closer to Philly. Opposite sides of the state. I'd spend my downtime bank-hopping and looking for CWR's, not boxes. Just my two cents. :)

8 more boxes today, nothing nuts, but alright... 1 WLH, 1 Ben, 3 '64's, 11 40%ers. Keeping the averages above my historical rates!

May I ask what you budget for buying halfs and how many boxes you avg per week? Working on a 2k fund for my Half hunting now... but I intend to start really going thru a bunch of boxes per week.

$10k and 30-40 a week usually. I use that to buy silver off tellers too.

Thanks mate :)

You ask them to save it for you I guess?

More or less... those that know what silver is knows I pay 90% of spot no questions asked. I've gotten some fantastic finds that way. I have business cards I give to them.

Apparently it's 10 ! :icon_scratch:

Don't be so jealous.

16 boxes today, 22 40%ers and 6 '64's.

More pedestrian, but I'll take it.

Does Location really play a huge role when you are just starting?

Not really, good finds to be had anywhere, it's all about determination and how much effort you put in.

6 more boxes today gave up 1 '64 and 12 40%ers. My numbers are pedestrian again. :(
