Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
The producers of former successful treasure hunting shows are now casting treasure hunters for a new series looking for historic lost treasures.
Are you a treasure hunter with an interest in long lost treasures?
Do you have a knack for solving puzzles?
Are you good at research?
Please message me if you are interested in leaning more about being on this show.

Kahler,

I suggest that if you wish to gain traction with your specific request you first introduce yourself to this Forum.
For starters,
Who are you?
What is the name of your company?
Where are you based?
What are the names of the shows your company has produced and aired?
Have you already pitched and receive the 'green light' for broadcasting this show on a network?
Other than 'face time' before the camera, what compensation are you offering? 'Scale' and what else? Travel expenses, for example.
Is this a 'one shot' deal? How long is the segment?
Posting the answers to those questions may get you the initial reaction you seek.
All the best,
Don.....

I'll pass, I'm a solo hunter and I like to keep what I find.

I'm sure there are others that would love a chance at it! GL. HH!

If the show is good I may watch.

You know what...I am in. I hate my boss, physically my job kicks my ass, I have money to spend on little else, other than on my hobbies..
I AM IN A RUT!!!

I need a change of pace...
Treasure Hunting on a big stage, yea, I can do that. I am personable, outgoing, enthusiastic, and I have a great face for radio, so I would be easily relatable with like-minded folks who have a passion for history and excitement.

My wife wants nothing to do with this sooo..... This has to be a lead-pipe-lock guarantee that not only will I find historical treasures.. but also set me up for a happily ever after. I told my wife to trust me on this, so lets make it happen!!!

I responded to a like call for talent,not sure why but I did.The deal offered after skype interview was less than exciting.I hope you are willing to do what mackydon asks as far as you can.I am likely to remain on sidelines unless;

It is worth it financially
The premise doesnt remind me of"boom baby"or other embarrasing such adventures
I could look at previous"sucessful"endevours
Travel and perdium fees were not based on good weather
I wish you much success, truly. The most seasoned amoungst us have been approached numerous times and I suggest you stand out with up front honesty lest you recieve only responses from less skilled hunters.
all good..:occasion14:

Like Macaden says,
Name of production co.
Ph. # of production co.
Address of production co.
Name of Producer.
Email address to apply.
Imfo on performance contracts.
Cable channels expected to be shown on.
Location of production co.
Directors name
If you want applicants to apply, put out more imfo,be more real.

I would like to know what the former successful treasure hunting shows were. Guess I missed them. I might actually tune in to watch a treasure show starring RJC.

I'd like to hear what the offer was- in general terms, if you wouldn't mind sharing.

I've got a distant relative that was on Naked and Afraid. He completed 21 days, got him a check for 7K.

The offer would be interesting, just for curiosity sake.

I enjoy going on a treasure hunt as much as anyone-

So, BigWaveDave- if they give you a call, I'd like to tag along.

I signed a non disclosure.cant be more specific.lets just say, less than worth it for me

Doing the math a tradesperson would trump this pay any day. 12hrs a day it works out to be $27hr for working ones butt off to the production company. The one detecting show that got the big axe it was said that one of the six got 2K for each show that got aired. So breaking it down to an hourly wage, commitment, time away from work which relates to loss of income, just to act like a? Seems to me that it just not enough compensation for what a person is giving up, unless a person has the view of " I would do it for nothing to be a star, anything else is gravy" Then it's fill your boots and best of luck.

I have been a relic hunter for over 30 years in one of the most historic areas of our nation. Most relic hunters know who I am and can vouch for how much relic hunting means to me and my integrity. My finds show how good a researcher I am. If this is a credible show with supporting credentials I would be interested. Devonrex

By the looks of your photo, you just need enough for a haircut.

On second thought- that would be an expensive haircut...
