I wonder if everybody that got busted for a measly possession charge will be compensated and given a written apology ? (*_*)

After the drinking aged was raised , I didn't get compensated when I became legal later than I would have...

The question is if those who are already incarcerated will be released, or if anyone will get their criminal records expunged?

Legalized ? I doubt it. at least not across the entire Country.

Alaska was Legal. 70's I remember seeing this 1st Issue
on the newsstand
